Working with Albert was a joy! I purchased four rugs from him - all via text messages. Albert was very responsive to all of my questions and worked with me to ensure I was getting the appropriate rugs. The quality  of the rugs were just as amazing as the customer service. I am very happy with all of my rugs and would not hesitate to purchase again from Albert or refer him to anyone desiring a beautiful oriental rug. I have just finished purchasing my fourth rug from Albert. Although I was hesitant initially to buy an expensive rug online, I decided to trust him and take the leap, asking many questions before I made my final decision. Albert answered every single one of them, offered guidance when it was asked for, responded to texts and phone calls promptly, and when the rug arrived, I was blown away by the beauty and quality of it, the richness of colors, and how perfectly it fit in our living room. That was our first purchase. Since then, I've bought three more in a relatively short amount of time. I think I'm hooked on Albert's beautiful rugs. Albert was an incredible help to me during my move. He told me how to fold and pack my rug and went out of his way to connect me with the right person at UPS to ship my rug across states. I can't say enough about how helpful and friendly he was to me, especially considering that this rug was purchased 25 years ago in California. Made a 500 mile drive to look at rugs at Albert’s shop as we were looking for a rug in the audio room to help with acoustics. We new nothing about the Persian rugs and Albert educated us about them. I was looking for a Persian rug for one of my rooms and came in contact with Albert, the owner.  He was extremely helpful, courteous, and helpful during the process of trying to find the perfect rug.  Albert went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.  The rug had to be shipped from his Wisconsin store to my home in Los Angeles.  When it arrived, I was overjoyed and when I actually put the rug down, it exceeded my expectations.
